I made this last night for two of us. It was delicious. The pork was tender and flavorful. I added about the same amount or green beans as scallions, so I made the quantity of sauce for 4 servings. I should have stuck withn2. I ended up with too much sauce. Still delicious though.

Hi Radhika, just do the recipe, minus the eggs, but add 2 more tablespoons water in the marinade. Just make sure to work the water into the pork chops. It will work.
