Thank you so much for having a calculator on your site that helps with measurements for different servings! I made this last night for two of us. It was delicious. The pork was tender and flavorful. I added about the same amount or green beans as scallions, so I made the quantity of sauce for 4 servings. I should have stuck withn2. I ended up with too much sauce. Still delicious though.

As soon as this recipe showed up in my inbox I knew I had to try it. Another home run! I followed the instructions as closely as I could. True to form, I could have added even more scallions! Absolutely delicious. I’m a huge WOL fan. I’ve made many recipes and learned so much! Thank you!

In reply to Radhika. Hi Radhika, just do the recipe, minus the eggs, but add 2 more tablespoons water in the marinade. Just make sure to work the water into the pork chops. It will work.
