You can steam a previously frozen fish, Saulin, but you have to make sure it is fully thawed first!

I make this all the time and bring it into work to share with my Taiwanese coworker for “Congee Friday”. She raves about it, which is quite a compliment considering I’m just some white guy from Scranton. The leftovers from the big pot I freeze in portions, so I always have congee at the ready.
