I love all the photos, and the recipes look like they address the issues I’ve had with other recipes I come across for some of my favorite Chinese foods. The truth is I like Chinese-American foods (not being very familiar with authentic Chinese food), and many of the recipes I’ve found online aren’t approached from that perspective. I also like the explanations for the ingredients and the commentary about why some of these recipes are your favorites. I’m very excited to try some of them this weekend. I’m still trying to find a good version of Japanese mapo tofu yakisoba if you know of one!

Hi Jennifer, currently our cookbook is only available in its U.S. edition (the commonwealth rights never sold—bah!), so while we did include some metric measurements in the book, it uses mostly U.S. customary measures. That said, we do have a QR code in the book that leads out to a Kitchen Conversion chart!
